I tried Appliance Repair Center and I’m very happy with their service, I have a working fridge again! I was out of town for a few days, and when I got back home I found my Viking fridge was not working and my food was spoiling.

A friend told me about Appliance Repair Center and they looked good so I gave them a shot. Their operators were really nice and considerate of my urgency. Their tech arrived relatively quickly and took care of the problem right on the spot. When I asked him if there’s any maintenance or upkeep that he could recommend, he mentioned servicing the condenser annually, so I had him take care of that as well. Now everything works great and I’m pleased with the results.

Safe to say I went grocery shopping sooner than I had expected. So, yeah, I had a great experience with this company, and I hope you will too! Thanks ARC!

My oven broke last week and I desperately needed to fix it ASAP since it was my boyfriend’s birthday and we were having a party with lots of food! I called a number of places that seemed either unprofessional or their prices were outrageous! However, when I called Appliance Repair Center, they were very helpful and gave me a great price. I trusted them and felt good right away. When the technician came to fix my oven, they were very professional, fast and did a great job! They really saved me and overall I had a great experience. Will definitely be using them for all of my appliance repairs!

Appliance Repair Center is one of the best companies I’ve ever dealt with. I called them because my refrigerator and under counter icemaker were not working. The technician came out and did a good job of fixing my refrigerator. He said he would order parts for the icemaker right away, which was very reassuring. They made the whole repair process easy for me because the staff occasionally called me to update me on the status of the part for my icemaker and answer my questions.

After he came out to finish the repair on my icemaker, I had him check my stove to make sure everything was working fine, and he did and that went well too. The repairs were complete and I couldn’t be happier.

I’m really glad I found them on Yelp. Because honestly, I didn’t know where to look since I don’t keep any phone books in the house. And yes, I did find it to be quite redundant to go through countless appliance repair websites in order to find the right company for me without knowing if they’re good or not. Since it was the information on Yelp that led me to Appliance Repair Center, I guess I will also do the “yelping” and recommend Appliance Repair Center to you.

All in all, I would give this company and A+. Not only did they fix my appliances, they were also so calm and professional about everything. That helped put my hesitation at ease. I will do business with them again. Definitely 5/5 stars.

My KitchenAid cooktop went out on a Sunday, looked through the reviews on Google, called Appliance Repair Center, was impressed they answered the phone on a Sunday and after explaining the problem we agreed to make an appointment for the next day. Technician was here before 10, diagnosed and fixed the problem all under 45 minutes, and at the price was very reasonable, truly impressed!

Paul arrived on time, correctly diagnosed the problem and fixed my washer promptly. All for about half the price that Sears Repair had quoted me. I could not be any more satisfied with the service and highly recommend this company.

Fixed my sub-zero fast! after unsuccessfully trying to schedule two other repair shops to come over to fix my sub-zero fridge, I tried Appliance Repair Center. They scheduled same day appointment and got me working again in two hours. I am very happy with the service and would definitely use them again and recommend them for any fridge repair work.

My dryer was not heating. Appliance Repair Center checked out my dryer, diagnosed and fixed the problem within an hour. The technician took the time to explain exactly what the problem was and how he was fixing it. Quick and Great service!

Had our first major problem with our fridge that's almost ten years old. I panicked for a minute and didn't know who to call, that's when I turned to Yelp and was lucky enough to find Appliance Repair Center!

Our built-in fridge was leaking water from the bottom, with water ending up under our cabinet. I sent a request through the online form on ARC's website at 10:30pm last night and got a call back within 20 minutes! They took the time to explain to me what to do to turn the water line off to my fridge, and even though I couldn't find it (because my place is built weird), the staff was very patient, helpful, and in no rush. ARC luckily had the water valve I needed and was over before 10am the next day.

Prices are fair, I was expecting the job to be a lot more, seeing that things never go our way when it comes to home related repairs. Special parts had to be ordered from GE after the technician first tried tracking them down locally through many outlets to no avail, I really appreciated the effort in that!

Clean and neat job, and a really nice guy - very fortunate to have found his service and wholeheartedly recommend him!
